Boardwalktech Releases Model Instance Management Capability for Fintech Customers

Cupertino, California – June 21, 2017

Boardwalktech announced today an extension to its core Boardwalk Application Engine (BAE) offering focused on model instance management. Called the Boardwalk Convergence Platform, this new capability is designed specifically to solve data management issues which many companies face in the financial services and insurance industries.

These companies have tens of thousands of information models created by Subject Matter Experts (SME) such as actuaries, and ratings, financial instrument, or tax experts. Typically unmanaged by IT, these models reflect the intellectual property of these companies and are predominantly built in Excel and used by business teams to conduct their day-to-day activities as they sell products, upgrades, renewals, and create information products.
